Managed interview

Our managed interview service is designed to give you greater control over the interview process and make sure that you don’t lose out on desirable candidates due to time constraints or other scheduling issues. It allows you immediate access to feedback aiding your decision making through the selection process.

We can manage the whole interview process at your offices, or we can host them in locations across the UK.

We will be on-site to brief and debrief both you and the interviewees throughout the process thus putting you in the best position possible to negotiate the right package for the right candidate immediately and able to quickly secure the new member of your team.

This service is highly effective, has a higher acceptance to offer ratio and gives you more control over the time frame.
